aquarius coverDoes your family enjoy playing card games? Wouldn't it be great to have fun and learn about Ayurveda at the same time? It can be hard to find a game that's fun for 5 year-olds and parents alike, but with Aquarius, you'll stay up way too late because it's so much fun. The graphics are amazing and it's based on the Ayurvedic five elements, which makes this game a real spiritual experience.

The object of Aquarius is to connect 7 cards by matching their elements, kindof like dominoes. Each person is dealt a goal card, which determines which element they will try to match. Then you just take turns picking a card, and playing a card. There are action cards to spice things up, like "Trade Hands" or "Shuffle Goals". Even if your child can't read, the colorful VW bus going down the road on "Move a Card" will help them figure out what to do.

aquarius deckOne of my favorite things about Aquarius is the rule, "The player with the longest hair goes first." This hippie theme continues in the incredible, fun graphics on the cards, reminiscent of Peter Max and the pop art of the 1960's. The card for the element Air has bright rainbows and bold clouds, while the card for Space shows huge stars against a vibrant purple background.

The Ayurvedic five elements all come to life in this amazingly fun card game. Children get a real sense of the differences between these fundamental energies of the universe through play as a family.
